Provide comprehensive social work services to students in grades K-12 Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address social, emotional, and behavioral needs Collaborate with school staff, parents, and community resources to develop and implement intervention strategies Conduct assessments and screenings to identify students' social and emotional strengths and needs Assist in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Advocate for students' rights and well-being, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment Requirements:
Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related social services field with a clinical practicum; in accordance with Department of Human Services (DHS) and the Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (OMHSAS) OR PA Licensed Social Worker (LSW) OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) preferred Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in school social work Compensation and
