Ensuring that all tooling for the machine is on hand, assisting other operators with setup and breakdown, maintaining a clean work area, free of spills and debris.
Following production and print specs as well as machine process SOPs, ensuring quality standards are met with each order.
Cross-training and qualification with various machines in the department, working efficiently and independently.

High School diploma or GED required.
Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred.
A strong desire to advance within the industry.
Corrugated box manufacturing a plus; familiarity with Flexos, Gluers, Rotaries and Forklifts are a plus.
Flexibility to work swing shifts, 1, 2, or 3 shifts; available to work overtime, including weekends.
Math and ruler/tape measurement skills preferred.
Ability to stand and walk for up to 12-hours a day, lifting up to 50-lbs, bending, and crouching as needed.
